EXAMS CANCELED DUE TO A FIRE - LARGE VOLUME SMOKE CONTROL (PPV)

On May 12nd, the baccalaureate exams had to be canceled at Ettlingen (Germany).

Due to an alleged arson, the school was evacuated and exams had to be canceled. Indeed, firefighters determined that a fire began in a garbage can on the first floor of a gymnasium. Although it was quickly extinguished before the firefighters arrived, smoke quickly spread throughout the building.

The firefighters therefore called on their ventilation unit and had to remove smoke from the premises (positive pressure ventilation) using two large EASY 2000 PPV fans.
