Fire thermal imaging camera

In a thick smoky environment, being able to see victims and contructions of the fire is a firefighter priority. 
With significant experience in firefighting equipment, LEADER decided to design and manufacture its own infrared portable thermal imaging camera to better respond to search and rescue and firefighting challenges. 
 
Sensitive to infrared radiation, these thermographic cameras for firefighters have been designed with robust materials perfectly adapted to difficult rescuer working conditions: high temperatures, smoke, etc.

ERGONOMICS
The ergonomics have been considered with and for firefighters, making sure the IR Camera is easy and safe to hold. 
The buttons (x3 or x1) are easy to use, even when wearing fire gloves. 

LEADER firefighting TIC's are very compact, with a 3.5” or 4” screen depending on the model. 
The TIC with the 4” screen offers optimal thermal imaging quality. 
It helps identify the environment and perfectly distinguish nearby items surrounding the firefighter, whilst ensuring that rescue and firefighting operations are safe and responsive. 

The different display methods can be used to refine victim or premises search or to identify products in tanks. 
Depending on the fire thermal imaging camera model, it is possible to save photos and videos of response sites.

WIDE TEMPERATURE RANGE & 5 COLOUR MODES
With wide temperature ranges (-40 to +1150°C) and 5 colour modes, the firefighting thermal imaging camera is a vital tool for firefighting operations. 
 

LIFEPO4 BATTERIES
With a 6-year warranty, LiFePO4 batteries (lithium iron phosphate) keep the thermal imaging camera user safe as they can be exposed to higher temperatures than lithium ion batteries (no risk of gas inflammation up to 140°, nor explosion unlike lithium ion). They also make the portable infrared thermal imaging cameras more autonomous, with an optimised recharge time. 
 

WIRELESS VIDEO TRANSMISSION KIT
Finally, to improve user safety and facilitate certain operations (HAZMAT or ladder, for example) or training, each TIC with video function can be equipped with a wireless video transmission kit. This kit can transmit images filmed by the camera directly to a PC, tablet or smartphone.
 

ACCESSORIES
Accessories can be added as an option, such as a handle, a retractable lanyard to fit the camera to a uniform, a protective case which increases the exposure time to fire, or a truck mount.
