New G-CORE infrared module for better image quality!

Pourquoi les caméras thermiques LEADER se dotent elles d'un nouveau module infrarouge G-CORE ?

 

The LEADER R&D team recently completed the new G-Core thermal module of the LEADER TIC !!
Based on a European micro-bolometer, the R&D team has developed the entire electronic system, the software, as well as a brand-new shutter that allow work of the highest level. G-Core is now integrated into the production of LEADER TIC 3 and TIC 4.

The new proprietary G-CORE infrared module is the heart of the LEADER TIC cameras.
It is the main component that detects and translates all infrared waves into visible colors on the camera screen.

The LEADER TIC 3 and TIC 4 thermal imaging cameras have 2 advantages :

GCORE MODULEG-CORE module comes with FOR system (Fast Object Recognition):

  • The image is more contrasted with a lighter background for a more distinct image.
  • Objects or people in the image are surrounded by a distinct black outline that allows a faster recognition of the scene.

The FOR system is activated by default on all color schemes with automatic deactivation in FIRE and INVERSE schemes above 150°C. This is made to avoid disturbing the color gradients at high temperatures where image analysis is important.

In FIRE and INVERSE modes the color palette is always as accurate. The contrast makes the hotter spots even more obvious.

In SEARCH mode the contrast of the image makes the hot spots whiter so more obvious, the black outline effect improves the appreciation of the shapes, and the background is clearer to better locate in the space.
